The service
- NamePro.ai provides AI-assisted naming advice, name evaluation, and access to domain marketplace inventory provided through Atom's Domain Engine under a partner agreement.
- NamePro.ai is an advisor. We do not guarantee that any name will be successful, available as a trademark, or available to register as a domain.
Marketplace listings and purchases
- Prices and sale status come from the marketplace source and can change or end at any time. We re-verify status before checkout and will show you any change for review before you proceed.
- Purchases are completed on Atom's platform and are governed by Atom's terms. Atom is responsible for payment processing and domain transfer. NamePro.ai does not process payments, hold funds, provide escrow, or take possession of domains.
- A transaction is complete only when confirmed by Atom. Clicking a purchase link does not reserve or purchase a domain.
AI assessments
- Brand Fit Scores and evaluations are AI-generated assessments based on a published rubric. They are not consumer research, legal advice, trademark clearances, or domain appraisals.
- Language and cultural observations are preliminary. You are responsible for appropriate review (including legal and linguistic review) before adopting a name.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service: no scraping at volume, no attempting to circumvent rate limits, no submitting unlawful content, and no misrepresenting the origin of our assessments.
Liability
- The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, NamePro.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including business outcomes related to a name you choose.
Changes
- We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The current version and date are always on this page.
