What we collect

Naming briefs you enter: the descriptions you write about what you are naming, including any industry, audience, or budget details you provide. These are used to produce your results and are not logged in full by default.
Shortlist data: domains you save and notes you add are stored in your own browser and never leave your device unless you export them yourself.
Contact messages: if you write to us, we keep your name, email, topic, and message so we can respond.
Usage analytics: if analytics are enabled, we collect aggregate usage events (pages viewed, searches run, results clicked) to improve the product. We do not log the full text of confidential briefs.

AI providers: your brief text is sent to our AI provider to interpret your brief, generate names, and produce evaluations. Providers process this data under their own terms and data processing agreements.
Atom: when you view listings or proceed to purchase, your interaction takes place with Atom under Atom's privacy policy. Purchases and payment details are handled entirely by Atom; we never see your card information.
Feedback you give during a session (saves, refinements) is treated as session preference only. Any future use of feedback to improve our models would require a separate, explicit opt-in.

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not make your shortlists or projects public. Any future sharing feature uses unguessable links, is private by default, and can be revoked.
We do not collect payment card details.

Clear your shortlist and notes at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
Request deletion of contact messages or any account data by contacting us through the contact form with the topic "Privacy request".
Account deletion controls will be provided when accounts launch.

We keep only what is needed to operate the service. Brief text is processed transiently for your request. Contact messages are kept while your inquiry is active. Analytics are kept in aggregate form.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date below. Material changes will be flagged prominently.
